When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and we will inform through email.
All Online Orders submitted through our desitude.ca are normally shipped as per the shipping time mentioned along with the product description on each product page.
Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code and telephone / mobile number.
Please note that residential shipments in Canada will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the door bell.
We offer pick up location & shipping to anywhere in Canada.
Shipment and Tracking details
We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Pick Up Location or Courier Company. These alert emails will contain the tracking number.
VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government.
International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation.
They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.
Your complete shopping satisfaction is our highest Priority. We want you happy each and every time you buy from us. However if due to some unforeseen situation you are not happy with the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation. We do our best to make sure you never need to use this policy.

An order placed cannot be cancelled after 24 hours as these are designer and handmade garment so after 24 hours we cut the fabric so we can't cancel the order.In case customer wanted to cancel it 25% of the total will deduct.
Never send back an item without informing us. It's very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.
Please return within 7 working days of confirmation from our end, and with original packing & in original condition (please, no worn, washed, used or altered items). Please ensure to include a copy of the invoice you received. Please note that we are not accepting any returns for stitch clothing and handwork.
We will examine the garment you return, figure out what went wrong, and take immediate steps to prevent such problems from reoccurring.
As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, in the same way, sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered to us, we cannot help you. So make sure to send thru reliable courier agency only and forward the tracking details to us and keep the airway bill till it gets delivered to us.
Please mark the items as defective order returns.
Chargeback / Refunds:
No claim for refund, return or exchange of fee will be entertained for custom stitch product related services. In case of multiple payments for the same ARN, for custom stitch product related services including miscellaneous services, the claims for refund will not be entitled.
Be extra alert when accepting parcel from courier:
If the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the items quality and quantity with an invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Also lodge proper complain to the local office of the courier agency, so that we may pursue them.
In case if you do not like the product which you received from indianclothstore.com, please leave a message via "Request for Return" page or sending an email to email@example.com We are not giving full replacement of all the items, few items are handmade and manufactured upon order request. Those items cannot be returned back. We shall issue 75% refund of the cost of the product (25% shall be charged as Order Processing charges.)
Customer need to first contact us through email (firstname.lastname@example.org) on web site before returning any product. If you will return the products before let us know the same, then we will not provide any refund.
In case of genuine fault from our side, we will refund the money or we may replace the product without additional charges.
Once dispatching the order, if order / product will return to because of incomplete address / wrong address then we are not responsible in such cases and we will not provide any refunds. Times to ship mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail. However any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases we may offer to refund you for the unfulfilled part of the order.

Where to send the returns
• Customer need to bare the shipping cost while returning the products.
• We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item.
• We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
• At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
• Refunds would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse. However we would accept returns if there is any faults from our end.
• Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
